Call for Director Candidates
Dear Members,
The Village at Western Oaks Owners Association, Inc. is seeking candidates for election to the Board of Directors.
In 2023 there are two (2) Director seats open with terms of three (3) years each.
Self-nomination by Members is permitted and encouraged. If nominating another Member, please confirm that Member’s intent to run and serve. A ‘Nominating Committee’ will not be formed for the 2023 election. Members are encouraged to read our Master Declaration, Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws accessible from our TownSq to learn more about our Association.
Nomination Deadline is 11:59pm on Sunday, October 22nd, 2023
Names and Biographies of eligible candidates received by the deadline will be placed on the ballot materials sent to Members.
Please keep biographies to a maximum of 300 words.

The Annual Membership Meeting is planned to be held in person, with a virtual option, on Thursday, November 16, 2023. Formal notice and details about the Annual Membership Meeting will be sent closer to the meeting date.
