About Village at Western Oaks
A Brief History of Village at Western Oaks
Village at Western Oaks was one of the first large single-family residential developments in Southwest Austin, TX. Comprised of approximately 1,600 single-family homes, the community was built from the early 1980s through 2005. Village at Western Oaks also includes select multi-family and commercial properties.
Located about 10 miles from Downtown Austin with easy access to MoPac and 71/290, residents with both a north/south or east/west commute find Village at Western Oaks a convenient home base.
