New Organizational Folders in TownSquare Make Governing Documents Easier to Find

We’re excited to share a helpful update for all members of the Village at Western Oaks HOA!

The Board has created new organizational folders within the TownSquare portal to make it easier than ever to find important Governing Documents. Whether you’re looking for bylaws, rules & regulations, policies, and more, everything is now sorted for quick access.

We know that navigating community documents can sometimes feel overwhelming, so this new folder system is designed to save you time and reduce frustration. Simply log in to TownSquare and visit the “Documents” —> “Governing Docs” section—you’ll see the updated layout with folders grouped by category.

If you haven’t already set up your TownSquare account, now is a great time to get connected! It’s the central hub for community communications, forms, and important information.
