We’re excited to share the completion of the Village at Western Oaks HOA Monument Refreshment Project! Our neighborhood entrances have been beautifully updated with:
✅ A full redesign of the Village at Western Oaks signage
✅ Cleaning, repair, and painting of all monument structures
✅ A natural limestone color chosen with the future wall replacement in mind — ensuring a cohesive and timeless look 🧱✨
✅ New solar lighting that automatically illuminates the signs at dusk, adding both visibility and charm 🌅💡
✅ Lush landscape installations featuring drought- and freeze-tolerant Texas native plants, all selected from the City of Austin’s Grow Green guide 🌿💧
